Currently, the IOM is looking for a candidate to the following position:

Ref. 3 AF: Finance and Administration

Education
- Paraguayan, natural of Paraguay or permanent resident in the country.
- Have Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant professional experience (a must)
- University degree in the above fields with one years of relevant professional experience

Experience
- Experience with related financial rules, procedures and auditing;
- Experience in liaising with national, regional and international institutions, Experience in financial management, accounting and budgeting;
- Proven experience in effectively managing a team;
- Very good knowledge and experience in human resources administration and management,
- Excellent level of computer literacy especially in Excel.

Languages
- Fluency in English is required. Working knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage. (a must)

Core Functions / Responsibilities:

- Develop, prepare, implement and provide oversight of budget of the mission.
- Prepare and ensure timely and quality preparation and submissions of project reports.
- Monitor and be responsible for the administration of multiple budgets and financial.
